Comme des Garçons... plus other failage!

| | Comments (1)
I've always wanted to be a blood donor. Ok, that sounded a bit twisted but you know what I mean. So, the other day Jacky and I visited a blood donation clinic since it was both on our bucket lists. Total failage. Jacky had been in the Dominican Republic earlier in the year, and he was supposed to wait a year until he could donate blood. As for me... Wow.

He thinks he's so cool.

After registering, filling out a bunch of forms, and being questioned by a nurse, they tried my left arm. They couldn't find a vein T_T... They checked the right arm and all was well... Until they inserted the needle. Why is it going so slow? Apparently my vein was too small T_T... The nurses said it was about the same size as the needle, so they had to stop. *sigh* Let's just say we were both disappointed~

This morning, I woke up early and headed downtown for H&M's Comme des Garçons launch! I arrived at about 10am and I didn't see anybody outside. Phew, it won't be too bad, I thought.

Looks quiet and peaceful right?

I WAS WRONG. Omg, it was so crowded inside. I've never seen so many HKers, Japanese fashionistas, and gay men gathered in one place... ever.

My proud purchase.

After spending two hours wrestling random shopaholics, I left the Eaton Centre with only a cardigan in hand... And it wasn't even for myself. Oh well. It was fun nonetheless.

Posing as usual...

Bonus! Straightened my hair the other day, hehe.

Heading off to Washington, D.C. tomorrow! For the Yale Initiative of Asian and International Relations Conference. Wow, that was a mouthful. See ya!
